You’ll leave the More Conference with vision, clarity, and practical strategies. But real ministry growth doesn’t happen in a single day. It happens in the months that follow.

The More Church Network is a year-round leadership resource designed to help you implement what you’ve learned, build systems that actually work, and lead with confidence in every season.

As part of the More Church Network:

• You and your team are invited to attend two of our designated All Staff Chapels each year, either in person or online. These two Staff Chapels are designed for you and your team to develop your leadership, culture, and to take your church to a new level of effectiveness. 
• You have access to the designated Staff Chapels for 30 days after the Chapel so you can use them to develop your leaders who were unable to attend. 
• You and your team can participate in a 30-minute Q&A with Pastor Herbert immediately following Staff Chapel, either in person or via Zoom.
• You and your team are invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch with the People’s Church staff following one of our designated All Staff Chapels.
• You and your team are invited to attend a Campus Pastors Meeting following one of our designated All Staff Chapels.
• You and your team are invited to sit in on a Lead Team Meeting following one of our designated All Staff Chapels and see firsthand how Pastor Herbert leads the team.
• You and your team receive reserved seating for our annual Revival Night services.
• You and your team can spend a selected Sunday at People’s Church shadowing Pastor Herbert, Campus Pastors, and key staff to see firsthand how we lead Sunday services.
• Twice each year, you can join Pastor Herbert for a Zoom meeting focused on investing in the leadership and development of you, your staff, and your key volunteers.
• Twice per year, your female pastors and the wives of pastors on your team are invited to meet with Pastor Tiffany Cooper for encouragement and wisdom in marriage, parenting, family, church, and leadership development,
• Once each year, you and your team can meet with Lead Pastor, Scotty Gibbons, for investment in your leadership and growth.
• You are invited to a dinner with Pastors Herbert and Tiffany and members of our pastoral team following the last session of the 2027 More Conference.
• You receive on-demand access to More Conference main sessions.
